Acceptable Use Policy
MemoryPet is designed for pet recordings, pet memories, and personal photo restoration and future video restoration. These rules apply to uploads, account activity, messages, names, notes, and every other use of the service.

Content you have permission to use
Upload only content that you created, own, or have permission to process. Respect copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, and other rights. Obtain permission before uploading recordings or images that meaningfully identify another person.
Prohibited content
You may not upload, store, transmit, or attempt to process content that includes or supports:
- Illegal activity or material whose possession or distribution is unlawful.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or content that sexualizes minors.
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, non-consensual intimate, or exploitative material.
- Graphic violence, credible threats, stalking, harassment, extortion, or targeted abuse.
- Hate, dehumanization, or abuse directed at protected groups.
- Fraud, impersonation, deceptive manipulation, forged evidence, or misrepresentation of ownership.
- Confidential information, personal data, or private communications you lack permission to use.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass service limits.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
Prohibited system activity
You may not:
- Probe, scan, test, or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization.
- Interfere with authentication, storage controls, payment processing, rate limits, or other safeguards.
- Use scripts, bots, or coordinated accounts to create excessive load, evade limits, or disrupt other users.
- Reverse engineer or access non-public service components except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized shared access to MemoryPet accounts or media credits.
Enforcement
We may reject an upload, suspend processing, remove content, restrict features, preserve relevant records, or suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users or infrastructure, comply with provider requirements, or follow the law. Serious or apparently unlawful activity may be reported to appropriate authorities.
